Holiday Inn Express & Suites Omaha - 120th and Maple by IHG

We had a pleasant stay for three nights with four people. The one small hassle was towels: we only got two bath towels each day and had to ask the front desk for more. Otherwise, it was a nice experience.

Breakfast was very good, and the breakfast servers were friendly, kept the food hot, and replenished it. The rest of the stay had some real issues. My son’s first room was filthy, smelled of sour milk, and was more than just dusty. They cleaned it themselves and then moved him, but the other room still smelled. Nobody offered compensation for the trouble. The beds weren’t very comfortable, and there were only two towels for three adults for two days. Attention to detail felt lacking throughout. Some staff were fairly rude and the signs at the front desk didn’t feel welcoming. A smile and warm greeting would have helped. Thanks to the breakfast team for your hard work.

The only good part was breakfast. Several of my family members stayed here the same weekend, and we found bugs in the pool, my bathroom, and my cousin’s bed. The pool was really cold, and my sheets had spots that I think might have been blood.

The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, but housekeeping was hit or miss. One day our bed wasn’t remade, though we did get a full set of towels. Another day they replaced only some of the towels.
