The waitress was friendly and the room had a nice feel, and I did enjoy the food in general. Still, a couple things took away from the meal. I asked for cheddar on my burger, but they swapped out the original cheese instead of adding cheddar alongside it. The server also tried to clear my companion’s plate while they were obviously still eating. That’s poor etiquette for a restaurant this nice and made the meal feel rushed and awkward. The lava cake was a letdown too: the ice cream tasted freezer-burned, and the cake was dry, like a boxed mix, with cheap chocolate syrup.

After a while at the bar, karaoke kicked off, which was a fun surprise. The drinks and food were outstanding, and both bartenders, Angie and Heather, took great care of me. Christine greeted me as soon as I arrived, and she was so sweet. The place is tucked into the basement of the Glen Cove hotel, with a cozy, one-of-a-kind feel. Definitely coming back, and I’m already looking forward to summer. Such a great find, 10/10.

Angie and Wade were quick and friendly, which made an already great meal even better. The drinks were strong, the servings generous, and everything tasted delicious. Took me way too long to finally come here, but I’ll be back for sure.

Karaoke on Sundays at 7 brings in a great local crowd. We had Shannon serving us, and she was attentive, knew her stuff, and somehow managed not to spill a drop of my hot and dirty martini. The charcuterie board is one of the best I’ve had at a restaurant, definitely worth trying. The food and service were outstanding, and the place has a really nice speakeasy vibe. Unbelievable spot!

We’ve been here about four times now. The live music is good, and the bartenders are friendly and make great drinks. The wings have been a favorite every time we’ve ordered them, and we also loved the crab cake appetizer and steak and cheese egg rolls.
