American Inn Ontario

There are lots of grocery stores and a big shopping center nearby. It seems like a great place to live for a long time.

The room was really clean, including the bathroom, where they’d stocked big, bright white towels. I had a pleasant couple of nights, and the service is always nice whenever I stay. I love that it’s a mom and pops owned place. Ontario needs to keep its small businesses going.

Check the room carefully. The floor was sticky and the place felt dirty. I found old White Claws in the mini fridge, and curly hairs in the bed made me think the sheets hadn’t been changed.

I’ve been staying here for a little over a week, and the rooms look like they’ve had a real upgrade. The manager and staff are very nice. The floors are new and clean, the walls are freshly painted with no stains, and the counters and the spaces around and under the furniture are dust free. It smells nice, and I haven’t spotted a single bug, not even a spider. The manager pays attention to residents’ concerns and helps with what they need. She’s often outside with her kids, looking after them, and seems like a very good mother and person overall. I’d tell people to try the hotel for themselves instead of judging it by old reviews. Since the new managers took over, it’s become a really nice place to stay.
