Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Ontario at Ontario Mills, CA

The hotel is across the street from the outlet mall, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s quiet, really clean, and offers free parking. The rooms and amenities were nice, and breakfast was very good. All the staff greeted me with a good morning when I walked through the lobby on my way to eat. Roxie gave great customer service, and Mrs. Gina in the kitchen was so welcoming and polite when my husband and I came down for breakfast. It made my morning. That kind of service says a lot about the management. It’s hard to find such good customer service these days, so please keep it up.

My boss needed a conference room with just one day’s notice, and Grace and Carlos worked out all the details and booked a great-sized room for my team. Carlos was fast and efficient, and all the staff, including Carlos, Grace, Fidal, Monica, and others, were super friendly and helpful.

Leo, Alexis, Minerva, Gina, and Adan were an awesome crew. A young woman helped me check whether the omelet was safe with my allergy, and I’m grateful for that. The lounge had cute Christmas decorations, and my room had what I needed for a work trip. I could find restaurants nearby, and the staff were helpful. I’ll definitely be back. The breakfast was amazing, and the people serving it were wonderful. I just wish there’d been an ATM or snacks at the desk. I wanted to leave some cash for my room attendant, but I couldn’t get any without going off-site, and I didn’t have a rental car on this trip.

Carlos’s kindness made a real difference when I was grieving. I was in town for a funeral, and my flight arrived earlier than expected. The service was scheduled for noon, but I just needed somewhere to change. At 9:30 a.m., I called to ask about early check-in and explained the situation to Carlos. Housekeepers had only just started, but he told me to come over and see what he could do. He managed to get a room cleaned and ready for us. Then my son and I got a message from family saying the viewing was happening right then and the funeral would start immediately afterward. I had time to get dressed and make it there. The hotel is a business, but it meant a lot to have someone go the extra mile. The room was nice and clean, with fresh white linens on the beds. The bathroom was clean too, with fresh white towels.
