Holiday Inn Express and Suites Ontario Airport by IHG

The coffee machine that makes drinks to order was a great touch, and the breakfast buffet had lots of fresh food that was kept stocked. I found the hotel convenient for getting around, with the airport and major roads nearby. It's clean, well maintained, and works well whether you're in the area for business or just passing through. There's a clean, well-equipped business center if you need to get some work done, and the exercise center has modern equipment in a clean space. Friendly staff and thoughtful touches made for a comfortable, reliable stay, whether for work or leisure.

At 10:00 p.m., maintenance started shampooing the carpets on our floor. The noise kept us from sleeping, so I went out to ask them to stop. One worker argued with me, threatened to kick me out, and flipped me off. He left the floor, but then aimed a carpet dryer at our room door so air blew underneath it. I moved the dryer down the hall when I found it. The front desk and management did nothing to fix the situation. The scheduling and management here have a serious problem. The rooms are nice and clean, and clearly had been updated a few years ago, but for the price I expected more considerate staff and better service. There are plenty of hotels nearby, and I'd strongly recommend choosing somewhere else.

Groups were partying near the pool with alcohol all over the place, and water was leaking in the lobby. The staff were rude too. This was a terrible stay and nowhere near Holiday Inn standards.

The rooms are roomy and well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. It's a good hotel in a handy spot right off the freeway entrance and exit.
