We’d stay here again. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the room was nice and clean. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were friendly. It was quiet inside, though there were some loud cars outside that the hotel couldn’t do anything about. Food, activities, and shopping are all close by.

The included breakfast was adequate, and coffee was available. Rooms were well appointed, with local restaurants nearby and the highway close. There’s also an online check-in and checkout option. My trash hadn’t been emptied when I arrived, and I waited over five minutes for an attendant to come to the desk.

The rooms were immaculate, breakfast was great, and the staff were really friendly. The price was reasonable, too. We absolutely loved the place and hope to stay there again sometime.

The second night we had only half power, and after a 15-hour workday, we were assured the heat was working. It was freezing, so I slept in my coat for the second night. At 2:30am, alarms and sirens were going off like crazy. The first room was supposed to be the executive room, but it was a mess: water on the floor, dirty towels on the dining room table, and the bed looked like someone had just gotten down from doing the nasty. I went downstairs and it took 20 minutes to get another room. My husband checked its bed and found a big yellow stain on the sheet, so we slept in the chair and couch. I was so fed up I didn’t go back down again. On the third night, I washed clothes, but the front desk said the dryer doors were messed up and wouldn’t let us use the big dryer to dry them. Now my wet clothes are in a bag in my car until I get off tonight and drive the three hours home. On checkout from the third floor, I loaded everything onto a cart and went looking for the elevator. The front desk said it wasn’t working, so I had to carry everything up to that floor. The GENERAL MANAGER BRANDY was absolutely rude and acted like she didn’t care. She needs to be fired. They would only refund $33, and only because my first room was supposed to be the executive room. I’ve reported this to the company and BBB and am contacting a lawyer.
