Bethany was absolutely awesome, and the hot tub was nice and hot. There are several pools, beach access, and BBQ grills, with nightlife close by. Beautiful place, highly recommend.

I came back for Labor Day '23. There were lots of families and young kids, so it got noisy, though they were respectful. The staff kept everything clean and orderly. It’s a quiet spot with a great view of the marinas on the old river.

Penthouse 6 was just right for us. We rented it from a wonderful lady who helped make the stay great. The condo has a curving, modern layout with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Two of the rooms are king master suites, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Marble floors and a balcony that wraps in a U shape across more than a quarter of this side of the building make it feel special. We had views of both the lake and the ocean from the front. Parking was a dream too, with two assigned spaces in the easy-access garage just steps from the elevator. I love the location, only a short walk from Florabama and beach access. We’ll definitely return!
