We love staying here and return every year to the same room. The views are beautiful, and we've never had any problems.

Condo 503 looked beautiful and had an amazing view, but it wasn't clean when we arrived. There was broken glass all over the kitchen floor, dirty sheets, and a clump of gray hair by my pillow. Food was left on the rugs, there was alcohol at the wet bar, crumbs under the kitchen rugs, and a piece of driftwood was propping up part of the closet wall. The bigger problem was being told to leave early. Our rental contract said we could stay until July 21, and Debbie, the property manager, confirmed that twice. Then on the morning of the 20th, my husband got a call from Debbie saying she'd double booked the condo and we had two hours to get out. We still had groceries in the fridge and clothes in the washing machine. Her only apology for the mistake was to give us a few extra hours. We spent the rest of the morning cleaning and packing instead of enjoying our promised last day at the beach. Stay away from this condo and any property managed by Debbie Spellman.

The views are fantastic and the place is right on the beach, but nobody warned us about the scheduled construction. The pool was closed, and jackhammering to remove tile and concrete ran from around 8 am to 5 pm. It was nonstop and so loud that we couldn't nap or read peacefully. Maybe next time. Other condos are new and clean, with open pools to enjoy on vacation.

Parking was limited, and it costs $40. If you drive away and come back, good luck finding a spot. The garage is also leaking badly. You have to leave your belongings outside instead of bringing them up. That would've been fine, except someone took our stuff. The area where you're supposed to keep it is nasty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. The condo is old and doesn't look maintained.
