The main drawback was parking. A7 was quiet, clean, and stocked well. The oven light didn't work, and the bedroom TV wasn't smart and only got one channel. The beach was just a two-minute drive; we went to shell Beach, where there was a lifeguard on duty. Groceries were close by, and the pool was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Charter Landing Condominiums through an Airbnb rental, and hope to return next summer. The unit was in a great spot, with restaurants you could walk to and the beach a short drive away. After a day at the beach, the family-friendly pool on the property was a nice place for us to relax.

We had a nice time here. The condo was clean and pleasant, and had what we needed for cooking. The pool was a lot of fun. Just a heads-up, they only leave a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started, so bring some along.
