Every room at the Island House Hotel in Orange Beach faces the Gulf, and having a private balcony to watch the sunrise and hear the waves was a highlight. The location is a quieter part of Orange Beach, with smooth access to the private beach, while Coastal and the shops at The Wharf are a quick drive or a decent walk away. The pool was clean and well cared for. There’s a bar and restaurant on site, which made it easy to grab a drink or a meal without dealing with traffic. Service was friendly and efficient from check-in through check-out. As a Hilton Garden Inn, it delivers a well-run stay and a great view. If you want a reliable, high-quality place right on the sand with a view of the Emerald Coast, I’d recommend it. I’ll keep it on my list for future trips.

Helen and Diane at the front desk were wonderful, and the hotel smelled fresh and clean everywhere, even in the hallways. We had a fantastic stay. The food and drinks were great, and there’s a nice pool and hot tub. Getting to the beach was an easy walk, and every room has a balcony facing the Gulf. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The deck looking over the pool and beach was one of my favorite places to relax and take it all in. The hotel is right on the beach, close to everything, and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. Latasha at the front desk was incredibly friendly and gave us top-notch help. I hope I’ve got her name right. I’d definitely come back.

We had a live fireworks show and had a ball. The food was a great option for the days we stayed on the beach and didn’t go anywhere. Elijah was very nice and answered all our questions. Don’t come hungry!

We spent Wednesday night here after our wedding, and every employee gave us superb service. Tamile helped arrange for my daughter to arrive before us to decorate the room and was so accommodating. Jackie and Jamie helped us at check-in and check-out, and the hotel gave us a card for two free drinks at the bar. Even the maintenance workers coming out of the elevator greeted us. I’d give more than five stars for the service if I could. Keep up the great work.
