The heated pool was nice, and the beach access couldn’t be better. It’s quiet, with a great view of the beach and ocean. The two bedroom condo had a king bed in each room, plus a sofa bed. Each bedroom had private bathroom access, and there was also a half bath for everyone. The master bath had a large enclosed shower and a big soaking tub. It had pretty much everything you’d need to live there forever. Seriously, I’d build this layout for my own permanent home!

The condo at Palm Beach Resort was comfortable and made for a genuinely relaxing stay. It was clear the property is well cared for, which added to the pleasant experience. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend it for a wonderful vacation.

We loved being right on the beach, and the room was clean and spacious. The building is older, though. We’d really looked forward to the heated pool near our room, but its heater wasn’t working while we were there.

The view was easily the best part of our stay. From the unit we could see the beach and both pools, and beach access plus the foot-rinse station were handy. The unit looked nice and was mostly clean when we arrived, and the elevators worked well. A few things needed attention. The jetted tub wouldn't hold water because the plug kept coming loose, and the half-bath sink dripped all day. The dishes had a strange smell; I wondered if it was just me because I'm pregnant, but my husband noticed it too. Both TVs powered on and off, but the guide and apps like Netflix were frustrating to use. The setup seemed simple, so we couldn't tell if the remote or connection was the problem. The building's layout also means smoke from a neighbor's balcony carries strongly into nearby units. We used the fitness room closest to us, which mostly had weights. We didn't check the others, and I hope some have cardio equipment. Because the weather was cool and breezy, we needed the heated pool. The one nearest our unit was cold, and the resort told us its A/B pool pump had failed and a replacement was on order, while the C/D pool heater was working. We appreciated the reply, but the working heated pool got crowded and the closer pool wasn't usable. I wouldn't pay what we did for this unit again. If we came back, it would be in warmer weather, when a heated pool wasn't needed, and I'd probably choose a privately owned unit.
