Getting around was easy, from the parking lots to the elevators, where grocery carts were available. Our unit was excellent and quiet, and there was a trash receptacle on every floor. The complex was cleaned daily. Outside, there were charcoal grills and plenty of places to wash sand off. Ice was available on site for $7 a bag.

Phoenix East II Condominiums was a great place for our November visit. The beach is one of the prettiest on the Gulf Coast, and the location is convenient, just a block from our favorite restaurant and a couple of blocks from Publix and Starbucks. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the balcony. I highly recommend it.

Our 3 Bed 2 bath condo fit 8 adults and 4 kids comfortably, with plenty of room, two balconies, plus a bar and table for meals. We liked watching the boats head out each day near the pass. There are two outdoor pools, two indoor pools, and two hot tubs, along with paid ice and lobby vending. The lobby is a nice spot for a group to meet. Zekes marina, shopping, and restaurants are nearby. The beach was nice and not too crowded, with shallow water far out and good fishing at night.

Do not stay here. We found bed bugs in our grandkids' room the first night, and our nine month old had already been bitten. The host offered to change the sheets. We left, carefully shaking out and bagging everything. Luxury costal vacation was awful. Airbnb did issue a refund, but the host's claim that they helped us isn't true. We still had to spend $500 on hotels, and deal with little girls crying their eyes out at 2am.

We loved this Condominium and will definitely come back to stay in Unit 2112 at Phoenix East 2. The condo was really clean and modernized, with comfortable king and pull out sofa beds and everything we needed for cooking. The staff were helpful, the pool and other amenities were clean, and the place is right on the ocean.
