Phoenix Gulf Towers 2203 3 Bedroom Condo

The view was beautiful, and the living room furniture was nice. We enjoyed the lazy river, slide, and hot tub, and the river lights looked pretty at night. The condo itself was very nice, and our stay was still great overall, with good weather and the beach close by. A surprise on arrival was the extra $60 parking charge for every car, which added an unexpected $240 for our group. The two bedrooms with two beds had only one closet for four adults and no dressers. There was nowhere by the sinks to put toiletries. The AC cooled the main room well but didn't reach the first bedroom enough, and the laundry door stuck. The sheets didn't feel very fancy, they were quite rough.

The staff were so helpful and courteous, really nice people. The lazy river got slowed down by people standing in the currents. The luggage carts were a hassle to find since there was no central spot, and we had to search floors 2-7 for them. Still, this was by far the nicest condo we've stayed in. The elevators were very fast, and we never waited more than a few minutes.

There was lots of room for our group of seven, with clean condos, gorgeous views, and beach access. We had a lovely stay. They only leave about a day's worth of toiletries and cleaning supplies, so for a longer visit you'll want to buy things like dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.

We really liked condo 2402 and the property overall. The place was very clean, the staff were great, and the condo was nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The indoor pool, hot tubs, and water slide were all awesome. We filmed a video about condo 2402, and it's up on YouTube, Nerds On The Go.
