Phoenix I 1024 1 Bedroom Condo

The views are wonderful to wake up to. We had a clean, roomy, relaxing 2b/2b in 1073. It's a little dated, but the price is fair for what you get. I recommend it.

From the Phoenix I, it was just a short walk to the private beach, and the location put us close to several good restaurants and attractions. We stayed a week in condo 1081 and had a great vacation. The property was well kept and had all the amenities we needed. I can't think of anything we wanted that wasn't there or just minutes away. We'll consider the Phoenix properties again for future trips.

Phoenix I was a last-minute choice because it had availability, and we ended up with no complaints. We’d had a poor experience at Phoenix III a few years earlier, so this was a nice change. Our room was clean when we arrived, the elevators were quick, and the condo wasn't crowded, even just two days after the 4th. Security made regular rounds and promptly handled an issue with kids throwing ice from the penthouse. They may not have thought about it, but ice falling from that height could seriously hurt a small child in the pool. I also saw maintenance getting the grills going and cleaning them, something I haven't seen at other resorts. I highly recommend it for families!

We absolutely loved our vacation here. It's right on the beach, with about four outdoor pools, two indoor pools, hot tubs, a kids splash park, and plenty of other amenities.
