Phoenix II Conominiums

The air conditioning kept the unit right at the temperature we wanted, even on a hot beach day. The interior was extraordinary, the views were superb, and the staff were thorough and excellent. The amenities were fantastic too. This condo really shows Brett/Robinson's success, one of the company's finest achievements. I stayed in unit 1501 and have included photos. Glorious. Also, the bedside table in room #4 was happy.

The lazy river was fun, though there weren’t enough tubes when it got busy, and we lost a day of pool time because it was closed for repairs. The beach access was great, and the three elevators were quick, skipped floors, and rarely left us waiting long. We stayed a week in room 2003. It was a huge, clean, nicely decorated three-bedroom, three-bath condo with lots of space. The washer and dryer both worked well. Our coffee maker didn’t, and it took two complaints to get it replaced, which was inconvenient. The sheets felt freshly laundered, but the master bed sheets were inside out, as was one pillowcase in another room. They only supplied one trash bag, one roll of paper towels and one toilet paper roll per bathroom. The wooden hangers were awkward to use, and the shopping carts didn’t hold much, so moving luggage took several trips. I would’ve preferred hotel-style luggage carts. The parking deck also felt less secure than the gated parking at other Phoenix locations.

The lazy river and beach really made our Orange Beach trip. The condo was fresh and clean, with a superb view and fantastic parking. Excellent place right on the beach.

I woke up each morning to watch the sunrise, then went metal detecting on the beach. It was beautiful and nearly empty that early. I was on the 8th floor, with an incredible view, and getting from inside the building to the pool or beach was easy. Parking was ample and efficient too. The beach was clean and spacious, and after floating on the outdoor lazy river, the indoor pool and hot tubs felt amazing. The building was clean and well managed, and all the employees were nice and helpful. Phoenix Orange was a perfect vacation spot for me. I’d feel lucky to get another chance to stay there.
