Phoenix III by Southern Vacation Rentals

The staff were friendly, and we had a good first experience booking with Brett and Robinson. We stayed for spring break and really enjoyed being able to use the indoor and outdoor pools at each condo, with sidewalks connecting the pool decks. We’d book with them again.

We barely needed to leave our three-bedroom condo, except for restaurant meals and supply runs. Its kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, which saved money and let our two families share favorite recipes. The condo was clean, well equipped, right on the beach, and close to plenty of food and entertainment. Amenities included indoor and outdoor pools, grills, racquetball and tennis courts, shuffleboard, and saunas. The beach ramp was handy for our older family members, and the staff were kind and helpful. We had a very nice stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Phoenix 3 has a lovely beachfront and a new walkway to the beach, where Ike’s beach services handles chair and umbrella rentals. There are indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, racquetball, and a small gym. Parking was ample, with covered areas for loading and unloading, and the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Prices are hard to beat for a beachfront place, though my particular condo needed some attention. Units are independently owned and maintained, so their condition varies.

Being able to use amenities at any Phoenix Building was a big bonus, and the resort itself is just steps from its own beach access. They even have hoses to rinse off the sand before going inside. Our room was fantastic, and the amenities were great. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I have no complaints about Phoenix III, just great things to say.
