The location was perfect, and getting to the beach from this unit was remarkably easy. It had pretty much everything we needed for a short trip. The only reason it wasn’t a perfect stay was that the kitchen utensils were a little limited, and the unit is one of the older ones.

Suite 4104 had a stunning view, and the location is about as good as it gets. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and the kitchen, which had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. The countertops were very nice too. The toilets were unusually short, and there were no curved shower rods. Not deal-breakers, just odd for the price.

We usually stay on the bay, but really enjoyed Phoenix 1. Built in '85, it’s still a clean, safe, secure place that works well for the whole family, especially the kids. It has up-to-date commodities, though it isn’t especially luxurious. I’d recommend it if you’re fine without all the glamor and gold.

The view from Room 4113 on the eleventh floor was spectacular, and five of us fit comfortably, with room to sleep eight. The beach access was wonderful, and the place was pretty affordable. The decor felt a little dated, but everything worked. The kitchen having some basic tools was a nice surprise. The washer and dryer were rather loud, and it took a minute to figure out the shower, but the water pressure was amazing. We’ll definitely come back.

The beach made this trip, and the forecast had called for rain the whole time, but it only rained at night. We had an amazing stay in room 4085 at the phoenix 4, with the things we needed already there. Everyone was helpful and nice. My favorite part was the lady at the front gate. Each time we left and came back, we showed our pass and she started dancing. It was great seeing someone enjoy her job. Thanks for everything, and until next time, have a great time.
