A lovely building with a nice layout, pool, and common areas. It was quiet around there, but the Floa-Bama was still within walking distance.

Parking is included, which was nice since there’s no extra charge. We also loved the indoor pool and spa. Very nice condos, with great views and an awesome location.

For three years in a row, my wife and I stayed at Phoenix 3 without any problems. The room was clean and had an awesome view. This year we tried Phoenix 9 and loved it even more, watching boats come and go from the marina. It’s close to great fishing too.
