Phoenix On Bay II 2310

We liked being close to everything while staying away from the big crowds. The condo was nice and had plenty for kids to do, including basketball courts, indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, a hot tub, and kayaking.

We had six people and plenty of room in this three bedroom, three bath condo. The huge master bedroom had a king bed and luxury bath; the next room had a queen and full bath, and the last had two full size beds. There was a washer and dryer, a kitchen, and a huge living area. Each room had a furnished balcony overlooking the pool, lazy river, boat dock, and beautiful bay. There were floats in the condo for the lazy river, too. The pool area has a 5ft swim section, a separate kiddie pool, and a lazy river that circles the area. There's also an indoor pool, jacuzzi, and small gym. Covered parking was $45 a vehicle. We fished off the dock and did fair, but had a lot of fun. There's a picnic spot with grills just past the pool, and the Wharf and Docs are very close. We stayed here years ago in a different apartment. This time, with the kids in school, it was quiet until Friday, which was nice. We'd stay here again.

The pool was the best part for us, though I heard they're removing the water slide, which was my son's favorite. Our unit was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the whole place was quiet. The location also worked well, away from the beach front craziness, with restaurants, a dollar store, and a park just minutes away. We loved watching Dolphins play in the Bay, and the sunsets were beautiful. My family absolutely loved it here.

We spotted Dolphins almost every morning, and sometimes later in the afternoon too. The condo was spacious and very nice, with a great view of the gulf. Such a beautiful place and amazing views!
