The pool was enormous, and the little kids’ pool had a gate so the small ones couldn’t wander into the big pool. There were lots of charcoal grills nearby, and we could always find one free. The property was kept in good shape, and the free EV chargers were a nice surprise. We were really happy with the stay, especially those sunset views.

We had a clean, comfortable three-bedroom condo on the fifth floor for five nights, booked through Airbnb. The balcony view was lovely, with a great breeze off the Gulf in June. The pools were clean and, surprisingly for peak season, never felt crowded. There’s also a baby pool and several indoor hot tubs. Staff interactions were fine, and we had no problems. We enjoyed the visit and would recommend it.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we had a great view with easy access to the beach. The pools were nice too. Staff were great, and Phoenix made for a really good condo vacation in Orange Beach. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a beach condo.

Our condo was just right for Spring Break, and everything was clean. We could see crews working around the building, but they didn’t disrupt our stay. The staff were professional, and we loved being at Phoenix VI. We’ll definitely come back.

Beach access was easy through the pool, though the boardwalk is a bit of a trek. Our family of four had a clean, well-equipped room with decent space, and we had no issues over six nights. Family in a unit on another floor seemed to be comfortable too. We’ve stayed at a few condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, and parking here felt more crowded than we were used to. It was a small hassle. We’ve liked the bedroom and bathroom layouts at some other places better, especially for families with kids. Still, we had a good visit and would consider returning.
