Regency Isle 1102 3 3 2 Covered Parking Spots Penthouse

It’s quiet here, but Flora-Bama is close enough to walk to if you want to have fun without worrying about the drive home. The beach isn’t far, and there’s plenty of room on it. The building is large, though not so huge that elevator waits become endless. I really love these condos. The units are super nice, and you can grill outside and eat with family or a big group under the patio.

The place itself was amazing, with a terrific view, neat and clean rooms, and three full bathrooms plus a half bath. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay, and I’d choose this condo again if the elevators have been fixed. We got stuck in one of the elevators twice. We weren’t trapped for long, but it really freaked us out. They need serious maintenance. The other reason I’m giving four stars is the woman in the third floor office. Our condo had two reserved parking spaces, and we needed to buy a second parking pass. She seemed irritated by the request. When we tried to pay by debit card, she rudely said she only accepted cash. I asked if it could be charged to the condo, and she replied, “this is a Condo not a hotel so I don't know what to tell you”. One of us had cash and paid. My daughter sweetly said, “thank you, have a nice day,” and the woman didn’t reply. Very, very rude, and she shouldn’t be dealing with customers.

We had a great vacation in a nice condo on the fifth floor, with a great view and a pleasant interior. It wasn’t too crowded. Parking was the one issue.

Beautiful place and a wonderful beach. We spotted lots of dolphins from the balcony throughout the week.
