Sleep Inn Orange Beach

The beach access was easy, and the location was the best part of our Thanksgiving Week Getaway 2025. We could watch both sunrise and sunset from the property. The staff were friendly and hospitable, breakfast was a great start to the day, and the common areas were clean and well kept. The bed and sheets were clean too, and it was easy to keep the room comfortable by switching between heat and air. The price was hard to beat, but the room needed a deeper clean. The lamps had rings that looked like mold or dirt, and my clothes picked up dust and dirt from the furniture. The shower had a strange patch job, and holes in the drapes let in sunlight and made naps difficult. They also made the room feel worn. Housekeeping was inconsistent: I had to ask for fresh towels each day even though I was told they'd be changed. I didn't expect full holiday service, but I would've appreciated fresh towels, emptied trash, and basics like soap and tissue being replenished.

It was quiet over the holidays, and the other guests were very respectful. There’s a pool and beach access, and the hotel offers rooms with water views as well as partial views. It seems like a great place for kids, and breakfast is provided in the morning. I drink coffee all the time, and I thought the hotel coffee was really good. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the service was impeccable, and the location was perfect. I’m not sure how else to put it, but we’ll come back.

Our gulf view was beautiful, right on the beach, and we plan to stay here again. The staff were great, friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. We saw Chris and Alexis most often, and any business would be lucky to have them. Everyone else was great too, and manager Ray seemed to really care about customer service. As people often mention, the omelette bar is a nice touch. We stayed Nov26-30.

The free breakfasts included delicious omelets made just how you like them. Everything else was excellent too, though the mattress was softer than I prefer. We also got to see the Mardi Gras Parade pass right by the hotel.
