The breakfast was hot and delicious, and the woman looking after it was so friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The housekeeping supervisor was outgoing and kind, too. This hotel had only been open a few weeks, and when a billing issue came up, supervisor Brian handled it right away. Our family plans to stay here again next time we're in Orange beach.

We found this brand-new hotel at the last minute, and it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. Bryan and the guest services team were welcoming, attentive, and quick to help. I'd love to come back if I get the chance to visit Orange Beach, AL again.

The parking spot shown on Google Maps is in the wrong place, so finding the hotel parking took some figuring out. Once there, though, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is brand new, clean, and lovely, with a good-sized pool out front that I didn't get to try, a nice free breakfast, and a full bar in the lobby. The rooms felt snug but cozy, with all new furnishings. One thing to know about the AC: the wall controls didn't match the controls on the unit, so if it isn't working right, check the unit itself.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and the breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. Since the hotel is brand new, everything felt fresh and sparkling clean. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept so well. The brand-new room had lots of towels, and check-in staff were amazing. Temperature controls are both on the wall and on the unit by the window. I'd suggest adding makeup wipes for the ladies and complimentary water beside the coffee items. Breakfast was a big letdown: the sausage and egg pans were empty, there was no bacon or visible water, only two plain yogurts, and just three bagels, two plain and one blueberry. More variety would help. A large family had practically a buffet spread on its table in the lobby, which added to my frustration. I wasn't happy with breakfast at all.
