The views were amazing at any time, and the property was wonderful overall. My mom rented an apartment here for a few months through a condo owner, and everyone at Wind Drift was very kind to her. The place was always clean and well maintained. The elevator was being redone while she was there, but it was fixed before she left. There were a couple of little problems with the gate access.

The staff made this vacation even harder, with 99% of them being extremely rude and acting like we should figure everything out ourselves. When we arrived, the parking lot code was wrong, and we spent over an hour going back and forth with staff just to get inside. We also weren't told ahead of time that the elevator was out, so we had to haul our luggage up four flights with a two-year-old. The water heater didn't work either. We were booked for four days, then the day before checkout we were told the condo was booked for someone else that night and we had to leave by 4 or they'd have the police escort us out. This was one of the worst vacation experiences I've ever had. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this condominium to anyone wanting a fun, smooth trip. It was horrible.
