Having a continental breakfast on site saves me from going out to find food in the morning, and La Quinta is genuinely dog-friendly, which makes traveling with my pet easier. I do wish breakfast had a few more options for anyone avoiding sugar, like sugar-free or lower-carb choices. As it stands, their continental breakfast doesn’t serve diabetics or people looking for a low-sugar diet. The place is comfortable and pet-friendly, and breakfast is a nice convenience, but healthier choices would improve it.

Nav at the front desk made a big difference. He was kind, easy to talk with, and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. The hotel was clean and quiet, and my room looked out over the lake and mountains. The building and parking lot were well lit, so I felt safe there. I had a really great, comfortable stay at the La Quinta in North Orem. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the Orem or Provo area.

The rooms are a little dated, but they’re very clean and quiet, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and having a fridge and microwave in the room was handy. There’s easy parking and a central location, plus great dog areas with bags and a garbage can provided. Friendly atmosphere and a good stay for a budget trip.

The day shift front desk guy was really helpful and nice. He got me checked in early and still gave me a nice room, so I made it to my doctor’s appointment on time. Big thank you to him. I enjoyed staying here.

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice, but the rest of the stay was a letdown. The beds weren’t comfortable and breakfast was meh. The halls looked like they’d gotten the landlord special, and the elevator felt like it was one thin cable away from dropping to the first floor. This place didn’t have a La Quinta feel, more like the La Quinta’s third cousin by marriage, the Super 8.
