The quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and get a good night's rest. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were welcoming and professional. Check-in went smoothly. A weather delay brought me into Chicago late in the afternoon, so I looked for a hotel around Orland Park and found a good one-night rate. Colleen kindly changed my room to one with a king bed when I checked in, which was just what I needed to rest. In the morning, Yesenia at the front desk was very pleasant and asked how my stay had gone and whether I needed anything before leaving. Colleen and Yesnia deserve recognition for making my Quality Inn stay comfortable and relaxing. You hired the right people!

This place is extremely outdated and smells musty and dirty. The heating and air conditioning didn’t work, some room lights were out, and the TV didn’t work either. The sheets were worn and kept coming off, and the toilet seat was loose. There was no bathroom exhaust fan. The king room was overpriced, and the continental breakfast wasn’t much. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This isn’t a good choice.

The lobby felt welcoming, with an orderly, comfortable place for guests to wait. Staff helped visitors with directions and information, and seemed patient and professional.

The lighting around the hotel was too dim at night. I wouldn’t feel safe walking out to the parking lot to get my car. The rooms need updating too, and the comforter was torn and should be thrown out. Room service has to be requested 24 hours ahead, or you’re out of luck. Even if you spill drinks on the sheets, you can still get your bed changed.
