The heated pool was a nice bonus, and the place was very close to Universal. The basic two-bedroom worked well for what we needed. The bed was comfortable, though I didn't find the living room furniture comfortable.

Our two-bedroom room was huge and came with a kitchen stocked with the necessary dishes and furnishings, plus a big sofa bed, washer and dryer, and a large balcony. It was clean when we arrived, and guest service was very good. There wasn't room service, but that was fine since we could keep things tidy ourselves. Check-in and checkout were easy. The only downside was having no elevator to the room. I don't mind stairs, but someone in my party had trouble with them.

The staff were wonderful, and the manager even decorated for my kid's 10th birthday with a banner, a card, and a little bag of art projects and other things. Such a kind gesture. The complex is close to everything, and the rooms were clean with everything working. They're a little dated, but the beachy decor gives them a relaxed feel. We'd definitely stay again.

The kids loved this place so much they cried when it was time to leave their “vacation home.” The rooms worked perfectly for our family, with space to put the boys to bed and a lower level where the adults could sit by ourselves. Everything was clean and set up well. We were here for a Disney and Universal trip, with two rooms: one for the parents and one for my family with three young boys. Getting to Disney, Universal, and Disney Springs was quick and easy. The pool was perfect, and the nightly movies with popcorn were the trip's highlight. The boys met more than 40 Disney characters. If they were the only ones at the pool, the staff let them pick the movie. They visited the front office about five times a day to borrow sports equipment, and the employees always greeted them with smiles and were happy to help. We'll absolutely be back.
