Breakfast at Sophia’s became part of our routine during our 8-day family stay. Little Spoon was handy for coffee and snacks, and my son said its macarons were the best ever. We also had a great dinner at Ceiba, with a prime view of Disney's nightly fireworks. The staff stood out throughout the trip. Valet was welcoming and quick each day, housekeeping reset the room carefully every morning, and in-room dining arrived promptly and accurately. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Orlando's unusually cold weather kept us from using the beach and lagoon, but the kids loved the heated pool and hot tubs. We didn't schedule any days away from the parks this time, though there are clearly enough resort amenities to make that part of a future visit. It's a luxury resort that works well for families in Orlando. We'll be back and would happily recommend Conrad Orlando to family and friends.

We used my American Express points to book two nights, and I was really happy with the room and the experience. The view looked out over the pool and lagoon. Breakfast at Sophie's was delicious both mornings, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the hotel, though there are also condos, villas, and homes to rent for larger groups. Walking around, we found the whole property beautifully maintained. We'll return soon with our family.

The people made this visit unforgettable. Everyone we encountered was kind, professional, attentive to details, and consistently warm. We felt welcomed and cared for without the service ever becoming intrusive, and left feeling refreshed and appreciated. The resort itself is stunning, and the thoughtful hospitality made our whole stay feel easy and pampering. Conrad Orlando has set a new standard for luxury stays for us. We loved our time there and are already looking forward to returning.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The spa was incredible, the fitness center was spotless and well equipped, and there were so many amenities to enjoy. The property is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The service was top-notch. We plan to return with our kids.

The pastries at the café are a must, especially the almond croissant. It was the best I've ever had! Kylie was awesome and made us feel welcome and happy. The property is gorgeous, with plenty to explore, and I liked the mix of couple and business vibes. The villas seem more suited to families. The style reminded me of the Conrad in Tulum, which is also an excellent property. It's not your typical American resort stay, and I can't wait to come back. There's a lot more to say, but you really have to experience it.
