Courtyard Orlando Altamonte Springs/Maitland

Takeisha made check-in easy and welcoming. Since we were traveling with a baby, she even offered an early check-in, which we appreciated. The property looks recently renovated, our room was nice, and having a patio was a real plus. It's a solid value for the area, which felt business-oriented. The bathroom could've been cleaner, and one employee at the Bistro was unfriendly, so we ate elsewhere both nights. Parking was easy, it was quiet, and we'd come back.

I'm a Titanium member, and at check-in the employee had already chosen the 500 points for me instead of letting me pick the $10 daily breakfast credit. She said it couldn't be changed and that the points were better, but they aren't for me since breakfast downstairs would've only cost a few dollars. She also hadn't activated my mobile key, so I had to carry my things back down from the top floor to get a room key. The shower was filthy, there were no amenities, and after staff couldn't be bothered to bring towels when I asked, I had to go out and buy some for my three-day stay. I ended up with dermatitis during the stay and had to make a trip to the doctor's office for antibiotics. I'd stay away from this place.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. Takeisha Carswell at the front desk was incredibly supportive and helpful, and so kind about anything we needed. She was one of the friendliest employees I've ever dealt with.

We came from California and found the location quiet, with spacious, well-kept rooms. The bistro on site has a nice, simple menu if you need a meal. Shericka and Maria were especially helpful, respectful, and quick to respond. Their friendly service helped make our stay lovely and our trip more memorable.
