Peggy is fantastic with tenants and guests. She’s a manager, but also feels like a therapist, landlord, mom, friend, and even security when needed. I don’t know how she and the other women manage so much, but I’m glad they do. They have big hearts, great personalities, and work really hard with a smile. To explain my earlier review better, my concern was with the property itself. It could use some TLC, like new plants and pressure washing, and the laundry facilities are a bit too pricey. The management is amazing, though, and I truly enjoy staying here. 💯👍👏🫶

I was left stranded in the lobby at about 2:45 AM with my three children and had to find somewhere else to stay, which caused a lot of stress and extra expense. I’m asking for a full refund because the hotel failed to provide the service I paid for. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I’ll file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and pursue further action. I urge management to review what happened and contact me. I had noted in my reservation comments that my flight was delayed and I’d arrive around 2-3 AM with my children. At the hotel, I could get into the lobby, but the second door to the front desk was locked. A sign said to dial “0” on the wall phone for late check-in between 10 PM and 6 AM, so I followed those instructions. The employee who answered was rude and dismissive. She blamed me for being late and wouldn’t listen when I explained the delay was already disclosed and outside my control. First she said late check-in wasn’t allowed after 3 AM, then changed that to after 2 AM when I pointed out it was only 2:45. She hung up. I called back and calmly explained I was there with my children in the middle of the night and needed help; she hung up again. This directly contradicted the posted instructions and was unacceptable.

My room stayed spotless for my whole visit, and the floor was quiet. Ms. Peggy and Ms. Patricia were consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the housekeeping team kept everything clean and were friendly even though I don’t know all their names. Customer service is 10/10. I’ll stay here again and recommend this extended stay for anyone wanting a comfortable, peaceful place for themselves or their family.

Roaches in the room when I arrived. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable right away. Cleanliness is a basic hotel standard, and this fell far short. Management needs to deal with pest control ASAP. I wouldn’t recommend staying here; save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.
