The room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was easy, and the Front Desk Person was friendly and professional. She even called the room to check that I was happy with it. For a couple of days in town, I wanted something inexpensive, and for the price it was worth it. Extended stays like this have become affordable housing for working families who can’t manage outrageous rents. The property looks well kept, with two big ponds where I could sit, feed the ducks, and relax. There’s a 7 Eleven and Wendy's across the street, local restaurants, Walgreens, and other stores nearby. I’d return for the price and convenience, whether for a quick getaway or if I needed a place to stay. A heads up, the Google/Booking information isn’t current. There’s no swimming pool and breakfast is no longer served. I bring my own towels and washcloths, and these were so worn and dingy that I’d only use them for washing my feet. The room had a two-burner stovetop, but you have to pay to use pots and pans. I went to heat water for tea in the microwave, and it started sparking. Night Manager Brandon was friendly and professional and came to arrange an exchange, but it required unscrewing something. Maintenance came and questioned the rust and chipping. I told him that wasn’t the problem, and he turned on the microwave, saw it spark, unplugged it, and left without replacing it.

The room smelled nice after housekeeping, but it only had a partial roll of toilet paper, a broken microwave, and stained, dirty towels and sheets. Before bed we even saw a German cockroach crawling up the wall, which made the infestation seem pretty clear. The dog walk areas had no bags, and the trash looked like it hadn’t been changed for months. The lobby looks like the only area they care about cleaning and updating. Once you’re in the elevator, the place is disgusting. It’s completely rundown and neglected. For what they charge and where it is, you’d expect better conditions. I’d pay more to stay somewhere else. Don’t put yourself through this if you don’t have to. It’s bad.

Hector made our week-long stay much more comfortable. He was welcoming and always smiling, and you could tell he genuinely enjoys his work. His helpful guidance and tips on places to visit added a lot to our experience. We’ll definitely stay again.

The staff I dealt with were all kind and phenomenal, and the room was cheap and close to where I needed to be. I’d booked last minute because another brand canceled my hotel within 30 days of my trip, and location was the main reason I chose this place. Still, I disliked almost everything else. The bathroom door was nearly falling off. There were someone else’s dirty washcloths and loofahs left in the shower, small mold spots and large discolored areas, and the water ran out completely within three minutes of my first shower. There were hardly any spare hygiene products, though I did appreciate the working exhaust fan. Under the bed I found an empty vape, only because I’d dropped my phone. The TV was extremely small, though it had several HDMI inputs, and the kitchen was completely empty. At check-in I was warned that opening the windows could let wasps in. But a kitchen note said I couldn’t cook without opening one, so it felt like choosing between wasps and going hungry. That’s one of my least favorite situations.
