Check-in was great, and they graciously let me cancel a day early without charging for the remaining nights. That was the best part of the stay. The first-floor unit had a decent bed, but if you’re expecting a comfortable three-star hotel, this isn’t it. The buildings and rooms felt like poorly maintained shells, and the Wi-Fi was awful. Even loading a basic website or video was a struggle. There was a half-inch gap under the entry door because the rubber seal was missing, leaving it open to the elements. I asked for maintenance at check-in, but nobody followed up after a day. The bathroom cabinets showed old water damage and hadn’t been replaced. The outlets looked more than 20 years old. Several didn’t work or had a red light because a breaker had tripped, and the ones that worked barely charged a new phone. None of the interior doors fit right: they stuck and made noise, or didn’t close or lock well. The window shades nearly always left a gap, which matters a lot on the first floor. These details are especially important when you have young kids.

The condo was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable feel. We especially enjoyed the well-kept amenities, including the pool and hot tub, which were a great way to relax. The staff we met were consistently friendly and helpful, making the visit really pleasant. We’d gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay.

A very good resort hotel, with a great bar, pool, and hot tub. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I can’t fault the place otherwise. The one issue was the park shuttle. It’s run by an outside company, and the bus was late every day during my two-week stay. A few times it didn’t show up at all. I’d hire a car next time, since Ubers to and from the parks add up. Hopefully they’ll switch to another shuttle company.

We spent 11 nights here in December with our family of six, staying in a three-bedroom unit, and it was very good value. There was loads of room, and everyone on staff was helpful. Marylou made a lovely impression from the moment we checked in, and the pleasant service continued through checkout. We’re from South Africa, and after nearly changing our booking at the last minute because of some reviews, I’m really glad we kept it.
