The office staff are amazing, and the maintenance workers are very good too. They’re the only reason I’d give this place two stars instead of zero. They work incredibly hard for a company I think is evil. The apartments are completely infested with cockroaches and other bugs. They fall on you while you’re trying to sleep, get into your food, and crawl all over you. I clean my home at least once a day and mop every other day, so this isn’t because I don’t know how to keep a place clean. The property is owned by an investment company that seems to want to bleed residents dry. Rents here are higher than anywhere else in the area, even though the market in Orlando has gotten much better. They charge $5 for a laundry card, then you have to add money to use it. None of the washing machines ever work, your clothes come out like crap, and the laundry room is disgusting.

Sofia and Ana at the office were wonderful and very helpful to my daughter, who is now a resident. Andres from maintenance also deserves thanks. He fixed the problems on my list in one short visit, worked cleanly, and resolved every issue. I’m very happy with his work.

I’ve been a resident for 6 years, and what a difference the new administration at Fusion Orlando has made. Diana, the property manager, has a great team. It’s a beautiful place to live, with real attention to residents and ongoing efforts to update the community and surrounding areas.
