The staff were wonderful, and the shuttle crew from the airport were friendly and helpful. We also had a really nice, helpful person at reception both weekends we stayed in February. Rooms were big and clean, breakfast was good, and free water and coffee were available. There’s a cute little outdoor pool, and the hotel restaurant has food, though Denny’s, IHOP, and TGI Friday's are close by too. Good value, lovely staff. Highly recommend.

There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was laid out well, and the amenities were easy to get to. The bed was a little too firm for us, but we still slept well. A hot shower felt great after a tiring flight. The airport shuttle was so convenient and a nice bonus. Eduardo was a great conversationalist and a bright light in this world.

Diego, the manager, was amazing, patient, friendly, and great with customer service. The room was clean and the wifi worked well. I liked the nice entry and sitting area with its two-sided fireplace, and the shower pressure was great. There was plenty of coffee and bottled water. The gym had great equipment, and outside there was a nice sitting area with a fire pit. I didn’t try the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was okay.

The morning staff were superb and made sure we were happy with the service. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was surprisingly good too, since hotel coffee is bland so often. The hotel was nice and accommodating, though not high-end, and the staff were attentive. My room had a peculiar smell. It wasn’t horrible, but it definitely could have been aired out.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were great. Our room was modern and spacious, and the airport shuttle was reliable and on time both ways. It was a quiet, pleasant stay, and I’d stay here again.
