A quiet, comfortable resort with spacious, clean rooms and a large pool, splash pad, and hot tub. There were activities like blackjack, ping pong, and glitter tattoos. It’s close to everything and especially handy if you’re visiting several theme park brands. Recommended.

The apartment-style unit worked really well for our group of four, three adults and one minor. It had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate beds, and a full kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised to find a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and iron. The AC and heat were adjustable, which mattered when Orlando got unexpectedly cold. The only drawback was the lack of elevators, though the hotel had luggage carts and we managed. Before the trip I checked the Google Maps reviews and got nervous about noise, hot water, and whether we’d rest well. Our experience was the opposite. We only heard minor neighbor noise on one day. The staff were friendly and helpful, parking was free and first come, first served, and the location was great, about 10-15 minutes from the parks. I’d definitely stay again on another Orlando trip.

We had six adults and two kids under two in a three-bedroom, three-bath unit, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The decor was a little old, but everything was in good condition. Staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and it was easy to find with a great location near the parks. There’s also a small playground behind the pool that the little ones enjoyed. Since it’s a timeshare, they try to get guests to attend presentations. I politely declined the three messages I got. Our only real complaint was parking: we couldn’t get three spaces, so two cars had to go in the adjacent property. That was a hassle with two little ones at night. Even so, we weren’t disappointed and would say give it a chance.

Check-in was great, and the woman who helped us was lovely. After that, the stay went downhill. The rooms smelled musty and unpleasant, as if cleaner had been used to cover the odor. Everything was worn. The water spigots were unreliable, pressure was terrible, and the beds were uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at several timeshares near Disney and none kept texting me to join, but this place did throughout the stay. They said they’d enter the room on one of our three days during business hours, but gave no specific day or time. The note on the door the day before the first possible day made it sound like we had no choice. On night two, water dripped from the light fixture over the shower. I caught it as I was stepping in and avoided showering under it. That left one bathroom unusable. I reported it, and they said they’d fix it the next day. I never heard whether they had, though it wasn’t dripping that evening. On night four, water poured from the fixture, then kept dripping. Starting on day four, the kitchen GFCI tripped and immediately tripped again when reset, leaving much of the kitchen unusable. There was also constant clicking. Having electrical problems like that felt unsafe. The room was as large as described and the extra space was nice, but next time I’d choose one of the many similar properties that are much better.

The room was thoughtfully laid out and had the amenities you’d expect, but the walls were paper thin. At 12:30 a.m. I could hear a neighbor telling a “funny chair story,” even though we’d never met. Someone across the hall also seemed to make a hobby of slamming their door, sending echoes across the floor. It looked like a luxury retreat, but sounded more like a cardboard college dorm. If hearing your neighbors’ late-night lives is part of your idea of a good night, this may work for you. Otherwise, the noise can undo the nice decor. We stayed two nights in one of the smaller accommodations at this “Hilton Club,” and the pictures don’t tell the whole story.
