Anaya, Avi, and Bravlio were especially helpful when a family emergency meant my son and I had to leave a day early. They were genuinely compassionate and made the early checkout quick and easy. We also loved breakfast and could eat before heading out. Every Universal Park was an easy trip of under 10 minutes, so the hotel worked perfectly for us.

The laundry room inside the hotel was a huge help for our family since we’re traveling for many weeks. We came from Australia by way of Brazil, and after staying in five hotels on this trip, this was easily the best. It’s close to the Disney and Universal parks, plus restaurants, shops, and everything you need on International Drive. Parking was convenient and felt safe, and the hotel was spotless. Housekeeping was on time and professional, which mattered on a long trip. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere felt calm and organized. We felt welcomed and well cared for from arrival. We highly recommend it and would happily return.

The bar was well stocked, and the staff there were friendly. The hotel is centrally located near attractions, and it looks like rooms are being updated gradually. Ours had newer flooring and furniture. It was decent for a couple of days, and I’d stay again. At checkout, though, the front desk supervisor said hotel policy meant they couldn’t put my room charges on a different card, even though that card was also in my name. I’ve had a couple dozen IHG stays recently and never encountered that before. After I pushed back a little, they made a “one time exception.” Other properties have let me change the card at checkout without blinking.

The rooms were neat and clean, and the location is central. But housekeeping was very slow, with rooms not cleaned until after 4 p.m. each day. I finally had to ask the front desk to put us earlier in the rotation. That timing isn’t great for families with kids or older people who need rooms cleaned during nap time.
