We had to extend our stay for quite a while because of an unforeseen situation, and the team took great care of us from the start. They were attentive, kind, and consistently made sure our needs were handled. Communication was clear and timely, and we were always treated with respect. The property is well maintained, with very clean common areas, a great fitness center, convenient on-site laundry, and an impressive breakfast selection that was thoughtfully prepared. I highly recommend this hotel. The team’s care and professionalism made a real difference.

The night crew made our one-night stay such a pleasure that we almost didn’t want to leave. Enrique drove the shuttle, and after taking us from the airport he reminded us to check the van for anything we might have left behind. He also explained that guests could get free evening rides to places within 2 miles of the hotel. Since we arrived late and were starving, he kindly took my husband and me to a nearby Miller’s ale house, then came back to pick us up and get us safely to the hotel. Jonathan at the front desk made check-in easy, answered our calls about the shuttle’s arrival, and made sure Enrique could pick us up without a problem. He also gave us a little extra time at checkout since we’d arrived so late. The morning staff didn’t quite roll out the red carpet, but they were busy and simply doing their job. We arrived late at Orlando airport, but getting our bags and waiting for the hotel shuttle took only about 10 minutes. We’re grateful to Enrique and Johnathan for making the stay so pleasant.

We only stayed one night, but I was very happy with the experience and would stay here again if I’m in the area. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and housekeeping always took time to say hello. The free shuttle is a great perk, covering Orlando International Airport as well as restaurants and shops within a 2 mile radius. The drivers were friendly, courteous, and helpful, especially James and George (Go Pats!). The desk staff were great too. I highly recommend this place.

Big rooms, a tasty breakfast, and a free airport shuttle made this a convenient hotel near the airport. It was also really nice that the shuttle could take guests to nearby restaurants. George was a great shuttle driver, and the front desk staff member I dealt with was professional and personable.
