We were here for only one night, but Six made such a lasting impression that I wanted to leave a review. He’s one of the best front desk professionals I’ve met, balancing genuine warmth with professionalism from the moment we arrived. It was clear he takes pride in his work and really enjoys helping guests. His care made our short stay memorable.

Our cruise plans meant one night before sailing, then an unplanned second night after flight cancellations. When we arrived at 11 p.m. for the first stay, Jorge helped us find a nearby restaurant that was still open and walked us through the cruise arrangements for the next day, making sure we knew where to go. After the cruise, Tolbert arranged an early check-in so my older father could nap. Thank you! Everyone was friendly and ready to help. The included breakfast was great, the hotel was clean, and the outdoor pool area looked beautiful. We’ll definitely return.

Connor kept the drinks and food coming with great attention. Before I even noticed my cocktail was nearly gone, he’d offer another and point out tasty options from the kitchen. The bar had a really fun vibe, well beyond what I’d expect at a hotel.

We arrived to find the hotel overbooked, and we really needed sleep after traveling. Sixx moved us to a very nice room without charging extra. Later I was stressed because my toddler no longer wanted formula, and Sixx got my baby some milk for free, saving me a trip to the store. The little one drank it and fell asleep, so we could finally get some much-needed rest. My family and I appreciate how he looked after us. Service like that is rare at hotels in America.
