Hyatt Place Orlando Airport

We needed our bags kept until 7pm after checkout, but the hotel said luggage storage ended at 4pm and refused. For an airport hotel in the Hyatt brand, that lack of flexibility is unacceptable. Travelers with later flights need this basic option. I wouldn't stay here again.

Both the morning and evening staff were so friendly and upbeat, and the woman at the front desk on Dec 3rd was especially helpful. We arrived early, so she suggested somewhere to get lunch while our run got ready. The complimentary airport shuttle also showed up within the time they had quoted. Great hotel and great staff.

The breakfast was a real letdown. The items were almost inedible, which surprised us after having such good breakfasts at other Hyatt Place hotels. We do like staying here before boarding our cruise, though. The staff are very friendly, the accommodations are nice, and it's close to restaurants and stores.

Breakfast was good and complimentary from six to nine thirty, though there weren't enough tables and chairs once a large group arrived. I think they may have been a cruise group. Check-in was easy, and our room was very clean. Parking came to about twenty dollars a night plus tax. The elevators were slow and could use a cleaning, though I'm not sure whether one was out of service or they were just old. We were comfortable and would consider coming back.
