They told me at check-in they were out of towels. I also found roaches, and someone had gone through my personal belongings. Pest control came in without warning. The lobby staff and manager were rude and offered no apology. Terrible customer service.

We’ve been here a month, and I don’t have any real complaints. The rooms are spacious and housekeeping is consistent. The floors are thin, though. When my toddlers play or walk around, the downstairs neighbors bang on their ceiling to get our attention. People above us move around at midnight and wake my kids, and I can hear neighbors’ TV through the walls. Those things are minor for us. I’d definitely tell friends and family about this place.💕

Emmanuel, the General Manager, helped me a lot with renting a room. It was clean and neat, and I could smell bleach when I opened the door. The bed was comfortable, and I feel at home.

Twenty years ago, this was a really rough place to stay, with so much going on. Now, after a major setback of my own, I needed somewhere to live and didn’t expect it to be this good. It’s completely different from what I remember. You could stay here with your family, through a divorce, or during any kind of difficult situation, and have a place to call home while you work things out. It gives me hope, especially right now, and I’m grateful. The front desk and maintenance man have both been helpful. There’s a no-smoking policy, no illicit activity, and the place is very clean. The people here are cool too. I prayed before I arrived, and God came through as always. This feels like a brand new place and experience. Thank you, and God bless. I hope this review helps.
