The hotel was just as beautiful as it looked in the pictures, and I was very satisfied with my stay at this Marriott. The pool was spacious, with room for families with little kids and adults to spread out. Derek, I think, was very accommodating when I booked early arrival after a cruise. He had everything ready when I got there, was friendly, and explained where things were. MCO is about five minutes away. Nearby restaurants are more like a two-minute Uber ride, or probably a 15-20 minute walk, and there’s also a restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel. The shuttle runs every half hour, on the hour and half hour, and was on time both for pickup and departure. Laundry on the eighth floor, with two washers and two dryers, was useful for easing my chores when I got home. One soap dispenser machine was broken and took $4 from us, though. I’ll definitely book here again on my next vacation.

At Crimson Tavern, I loved the atmosphere and the meal. Yudi was friendly and professional, and his recommendations were delicious. He knows how to give classy service. I’ll definitely come back to this restaurant.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, and breakfast was yummy. I especially enjoyed making my own omelette. The service was great from the shuttle ride through check-in, the bar, and the wait staff. DeVon Kings stood out most. My packages went missing, and he kept searching until the boxes turned up a few hours after I checked in. He wouldn’t give up, and I hope everyone gets the same kind of treatment I got that evening.

The staff were patient and efficient, and Jenni went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time at the restaurant each night. She’s graceful and quick on her feet. Amazing service!
