Staff opened our hotel room door without permission while we were naked. It was disturbing and unacceptable. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional, especially Alfredo, who was dismissive and crossed into harassment. Different employees gave us conflicting information, then refused to accommodate us as paying guests. Staff came to our room repeatedly, and at one point opened the door without consent while we were undressed. It felt invasive and unsafe. The facilities were unclean, too. There are serious problems with staff conduct, guest privacy, and basic hospitality. Don't stay here.

The lobby looked grimy enough to make me regret checking in, and the staff weren’t welcoming either. I only stayed because I arrived very late and needed somewhere to sleep. At least Walgreens was next door, so I could buy supplies and clean the room myself. It was filthy. I scrubbed and disinfected the bathroom, toilet, sink area, and nightstands just to make it usable for one night. The room was in awful shape too: rusted lamps covered in cobwebs, roaches, and stained sheets. I wouldn’t recommend the Orlando Inn International Drive Hotel, and I won’t be back.

It was cheap, but that’s about the only good thing. The area felt bad, there were cops outside, and the pool was black and dirty. Our room was in rough shape, and there weren’t any towels when we arrived. Not a good hotel.

The heater barely worked, and the room was freezing. I froze.
