Ale at the front desk was warm, kind, and attentive. She made us feel cared for right away and handled everything smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional, and the hotel felt cozy from the moment we walked in. We were there overnight before an early flight, and the location made our morning easy. Orlando International Airport was only about a seven-minute drive away. Even so, the hotel was calm enough for us to rest properly. It was clean, comfortable, and inviting. We’d happily stay again, whether for one night or a longer trip, and recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and friendly staff.

Elie Saintil was a gentleman throughout my stay. His smile, professionalism, and real desire to help guests made my experience phenomenal. The building was beautiful and the service was awesome, but the stay itself was rough. We came for two days and barely had any hot water. The fridge didn’t work, there was no phone to call the front desk, and the toilet took a while before it would flush again. The key card kept disconnecting, so we couldn’t get into our room, the gym, or the pool. We had to reactivate it whenever it stopped working. They told us it could deactivate if placed near an electronic device.

Elie Saintil deserves a promotion and a bonus. His professionalism is top tier, and his welcoming attitude made a big difference. I’d recommend the hotel because he made my experience so good. I also watched him treat a difficult customer with the utmost respect while still giving great service. Since we didn’t know the area, he helped us figure out a trip to the nearby mall. He’s a real gem for this hotel.
