Pestana Orlando Suites - Lake Buena Vista

Breakfast was a great addition, with plenty of fresh, well-prepared options for different tastes. The extra cost felt worth it, and it made mornings easy and stress-free. I also loved the shower: updated, very clean, and with perfect water pressure. After long days out in Orlando, it was a real highlight. The rooms were modern, comfortable, spotless, and clearly well maintained. An excellent stay from start to finish. I’d come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was spacious, and housekeeping even left us a towel animal, which was a lovely touch. Anna at the front desk was a tremendous help when we checked out. Check-in had gone smoothly, and the staff were very friendly. Disney Springs is about 10 minutes away without traffic, so it’s not too far. We’ll be back. Thanks for the great hospitality, everyone!

Anna and the rest of the staff were so kind and enthusiastic, and they treated my family and me really well. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a very good bathroom. The facilities and amenities were great too. We had an awesome stay at Pestana, and I’m looking forward to coming back to Orlando and staying here again. Thanks to all the staff!

The walls are thin enough that we could hear chairs rolling across the tile upstairs, and even someone raising their blinds. That was the only real issue. The room was clean, the beds were nice though on the firm side, and there are restaurants nearby. Everyone at the desk was pleasant and helpful. Ms. Anna was there during the day, and the young man on the overnight shift was helpful too, though I didn’t get his name. Otherwise, a nice hotel.
