I work for a travel company and love the Marriott brand. I booked through my Famtastic benefits, but after this experience I won't recommend this hotel or nearby Marriott properties to family, friends, or clients. The airport shuttle setup needs to change. I was traveling with two young children, and we waited more than 40 minutes in Florida's heat and humidity. When the shuttle finally showed up, it seemed to serve several properties, and everyone rushed to get on. A family that had just arrived got aboard before anyone else could speak up. Guests requesting a pickup should be put on a list and taken in arrival order. Travel is stressful enough, especially with little kids. We chose this hotel for our needs and its closeness to the airport, but ended up paying for a taxi instead.

Breakfast was good, and they had gluten-free choices. The room was clean and had a king bed in a separate bedroom, plus a pullout bed. We'd asked for the pullout to be made up when we checked in around midnight, but it wasn't ready. There was a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, though we didn't use it. The makeup remover wipes provided as toiletries came in handy. Parking had to be paid through a third-party app. It's a good place to stay near the airport.

The rooms are spacious and great, and the breakfast bar was good. There's a little wear around the hotel, but it's a good place near the airport, with a free shuttle to MCO.

After spending nine days at a resort in the area, we were stuck in Florida when several flights were canceled because of weather. We wanted to leave the resort and stay closer to the airport and places we wanted to visit, like ICON Park and the Science Center. It's not the newest hotel, but it's very clean, well maintained, and staffed by great people.

We stayed one night on 5/16/2026 and it was awful. The air conditioning vents had a heavy buildup of mold or mildew, which seemed like a health hazard. Floors were unclean, the bath mat stained, and a towel torn. The dishwasher had unidentifiable soapy residue or foam inside, the furniture was damaged, and there were insects on the curtains. Staff had promised us a full refund, but manager Ms.Michelle Santiago declined the request and dismissed us. She copied Elvis Abreu, who I guess is her boss, and told us to be on our way. I have photos, but Google wouldn't let me upload them. The staff had also promised a full refund, but management wouldn't provide one. This place is for you if you want a nasty hotel with nasty management and bed bugs. GOD BLESS
