Rosen Plaza on International Drive

Rosen Plaza made our event feel easy to run, from the early planning through the actual production. The ballroom setup, food service, coordination, and quick responses all came together smoothly, and attendees, sponsors, and speakers kept praising the venue, service, and atmosphere. The whole team was professional, organized, communicative, and hospitable. They took care with every detail and made us feel supported and valued during an important event. We’re grateful for the partnership, would gladly work with them again, and recommend Rosen Plaza Hotel for corporate events, conferences, and high-level productions.

The renovated rooms look beautiful, and the staff are consistently polite and accommodating. I’ve always had a pleasant stay at Rosen Plaza. One downside is the new air conditioning: it shuts off if it doesn’t detect movement. I often woke up to a hot room, and it was always warm and stuffy when I came back in.

The people working here are lovely, and for rooms that look like they were designed in 1986, they’re as clean as they can be. The hotel itself feels old and run down, though, and doesn’t seem like a four-star place. Its fitness center is surprisingly tiny for such a big hotel, and it’s gross, with no way to wipe down the equipment after using it. I was here because my work conference booked a room block. I didn’t choose the hotel and won’t stay here again.

We had such a good weekend here. We added the health and wellness package for breakfast, and wow, what a treat. The food was terrific. Sandy took care of us and was absolutely wonderful. We’ll be back!
