Sonesta ES Suites Orlando - International Drive

Danny, the General Manager, deserves a special thank you for helping me deal with my delayed airline luggage. His professionalism and support made a real difference. I stayed four nights and had a great experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a big parking area that’s handy if you’re driving. It’s also in a great spot for getting around Orlando, near main roads, attractions, and restaurants. I’d gladly stay again.

Roxy at the front desk made the visit stand out. She was cheerful, knowledgeable, and so helpful. The property was very clean and well kept, with large suites and on-site Starbucks coffee. Parking was included in the reasonable daily resort fee, which made this a fantastic value. I’ll definitely stay here again.

We had a good four-night stay at Sonesta ES Suites and would book again when visiting Orlando. The unit was spacious, clean, and great value, with a decent kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms for a reasonable price. The pool looked clean and inviting, but we didn’t have time to use it. Whole Foods is about a mile away for groceries, and the International Drive location is right opposite icon park and close to all the theme parks. Our corner unit faced Icon park and got a bit noisy. The appliances were dated: the stove took ages to heat, and the old dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes, so I had to wash them by hand. The pillows were too squishy to support us. We asked the front desk for three replacements, but they could only provide one.

We’ve been coming to Orlando and staying at this hotel for many years, and it always feels like home. The location is ideal, within walking distance of ICON Park, restaurants, and shops. There’s a laundry, Starbucks, pool, gym, and car rental office on site. We booked two two-bedroom suites, one king and one queen, for two weeks. Both were spacious, very clean, and had all the amenities we needed, with comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchens. Towels and bins were changed every three days, and full cleaning was done every seven. The reception team were friendly, cooperative, and ready to help. Many thanks to Front Office Manager Vanessa and all her colleagues at Sonesta ID. It was an excellent stay, and we’ll surely return to our favorite hotel.
