After a seven hour drive, Dez gave us excellent service and let us check in at 2:00 PM once she'd confirmed the room was ready. I appreciated that. The room was clean and spacious, about 500 sqf, with a full kitchen, medium size fridge, range, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. Sound isolation was incredible, and on a warm 78 F Orlando day the AC was cold and quiet. We only stayed two nights, but the room was cleaned the next day. Breakfast could be better, though I had my espresso machine for lattes, so it wasn't a big deal. Parking costs $10 per night, but SeaWorld is a five minute walk away, saving $30 in parking fees. I've stayed at hotels across the country, and this may be the first time an employee called to ask how my stay was going. Thanks, Des!

The suite gave us plenty of room for our three energetic boys, including a toddler, and the pullout sofa came in handy. The beds were very comfortable, and the full kitchen had the microwave, fridge, two burner stove, and supplies we needed to feel at home for a few days or even weeks. The fridge and ice maker were VERY loud, though, and we could hear a lot from the neighboring rooms late at night. Water pressure was only okay. Getting to SeaWorld and Discovery Cove was easy. There was lots of parking, check-in was quick and friendly, and the breakfast buffet had enough choices even for our three picky kids. The rooms look great at first glance.

The rooms are VERY spacious and clean, and having a kitchenette was handy. It's a quiet, safe-feeling area, with a convenience store next door and dining options nearby. There's a pleasant seating area out back, plus breakfast and a social hour with drinks and snacks. The bed cover under the sheet made it uncomfortable the first night. I’d definitely recommend the place.

We booked for one night but couldn't sleep in the room because it was so dirty and smelled awful. The hotel and room felt extremely old, and it was worse than the pictures. I don't recommend it.

Breakfast was wonderful, with a great range of food, and the blackout curtains helped a lot. Our room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Every employee we met was kind and friendly. We'll stay here on future trips to Orlando.
