The beds were comfortable and the TV was nice, but the room looked nothing like the posted pictures, and I was charged more than the online price. We were given just two tiny towels and had half a roll of toilet paper on the holder, plus one unopened roll. Thankfully, I brought my own. I had to cut my trip short after finding bed bugs. I first noticed bites on my arm, had a bad feeling, and sure enough, I was right. When we told the front desk guy, he claimed he didn't know what bed bugs were. I'll never stay there again.

The front desk people, who were a family group, were attentive and polite, and the employees were kind all around. I stayed for a week and didn't see them after I got settled, but they said hello when we crossed paths. I didn't need housekeeping, so I was glad not to get daily knocks. They had a second-floor room ready, but I asked for the first floor since there was no birdcage cart and I'd otherwise have needed about six trips with my things. The elevator is available. I came here after my usual extended stay on I-Drive quadrupled its prices for NYE. I found this place online because I wanted a similar kitchen. Priceline caused a big mess, and it took more than two hours to get my room. The only room ready was near I-4, which was very loud all day and all night. To reach this hotel, you have to enter through another, not-so-good hotel property. They don't have their own entrance, so if that place is busy, you're stuck. It's a great location, right in the middle of things once you get out to I-Drive. It felt like a regular hotel room rather than an extended stay, but there was a full-size fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, and stovetop with two big burners. There's no dining table, just a desk to eat at. The shower pressure was low, but it stayed hot and worked fine. I had to remove the stopper because the water drained slowly. A few replies to other reviews: the fridge temperature is adjustable, and mine got plenty cold. I saw no bugs, though some may get in in Florida's tropics. All the lights and lamps worked, the TV was fine with plenty of regular channels, and I used HDMI to watch my tablet on it. The floors and counters weren't dirty. I saw a few people who might seem "sketchy," but wasn't worried. Some people live in extended-stay places. The people I dealt with were polite and cordial. There were good and bad parts, but it was a nice stay.

We expected a place with an 8.2 rating on Travelocity, but when we arrived it felt like they had left off the minus sign. At 10:30 at night, we first had to wait behind five people to check in. The other guests ranged from Cousin Eddie to Bruce Jenner, who was demanding a smoking room. Then came the parking, with lizards slithering around the lot, and not the iguana kind. As we got out of the car, it was like a live Jerry Springer show, and it carried on all night. Our room was clean, but clearly hadn't been redone since the 1980s. The chair and refrigerator looked like they might have sat behind the flea market eight minutes away after surviving a hurricane a quarter century ago. Walking there means staying close to the interstate and crossing a four-lane highway, so be careful, it's like playing Frogger. Check the room carefully for bed bugs. If all that sounds appealing, you're in for an adventure. Good luck and good day, mate!

STAY AWAY if you expect quality, cleanliness, and good hotel rooms. There was some white substance on the shelf, the tub looked uncleaned, and the floor tile was old and worn. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a long time. BAD!!!

The location is great for the theme parks, and it's very budget friendly. I had a nice, comfortable, clean room on the second floor, with a large fridge and microwave. At night, though, the club across the way played music way too loud until 2:15 am, so it was hard to fall asleep. Aside from that, a great place to stay.
