Universal Loews Sapphire Falls Resort

I love the spacious lobby and the amazing smell as soon as you walk in. This resort has food options, a Universal Studios store, a pool, and bars. It’s a great moderate choice if you’re okay without Express Passes. You can take the convenient water taxi to City Walk or enjoy the walk there. Already looking forward to my next stay!

The room service food always arrived hot, and the onsite restaurants were great. Staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The pool area is fantastic for a day off, and the little boat ride to City Walk adds to the experience. Our two queen room felt cramped for two adults and two kids. There’s very little drawer space, so be ready to live out of your suitcase if you stay more than three days. The trash cans in the room are tiny, and getting the soap out of its dish was really annoying.

I always choose Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando when I visit Universal Orlando, and it never lets me down. The resort is relaxing after long days at the parks, and it’s spotless and beautifully kept. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff make sure everything goes smoothly, from check-in through housekeeping. The service is friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment you arrive. The location is great for a Universal trip, and the experience is consistently excellent. For comfort, cleanliness, and top-tier service, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The location is great, with the option of a boat into the park or a pleasant walk along the water. They seem quite good about letting people check in early, and there are nice restaurant choices. You can bring your dog, and there’s an area to walk it. The price is the downside. Good luck finding a night here for under $200, and parking is another $35 or so.
